~Testament of Faith~

We are a group of men and women who believe in the one God of Avraham (Abraham), Yitzhak (Isaac), and Ya’acov (Jacob).

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.

We believe God’s seventh day (Saturday), to be the Shabbat (Sabbath day); a day of rest and worship. We believe the seven Holy Days of God (Passover, Day of Atonement, Feast of Weeks, Feast of Tabernacles, Feast of Trumpets, Feast of First Fruits, and Feast of Unleavened Bread) reveal the character of God; while the Torah portrays the person of Yeshua.

Our aim is to strive for perfection. We are saved by grace, through faith, resulting in good works as exemplified through Noach (Noah), Avram (Abram), and Yoseph (Joseph); working out our salvation on a daily basis through obedience to God’s commandments. We believe in charity and caring for one another with good works.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

We do not restrict ourselves to the “new” or the “old”, but rather combine all scripture to reveal Yeshua the Messiah from the beginning.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

God declares in Malachi 3:6, “I AM GOD and I change not”. This gives us hope to believe in His promises and in His return for us. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Hebrews 13:8 Yeshua (Jesus Christ) the same yesterday, and to day, and forever.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

This is why we know that His commandments are good and valid today as they were from the beginning. We know that God does not retract His words and does not make mistakes.

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him truly is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
