Happy Hanukkah ~ (12/8/2023)
Shalom All.
Today is the first day of Hanukkah. Many teach of the 8 days of Hanukkah with the 9 branch Hanukkah Lamp stand. Yeshua told us He was the Light of the world, when He left He told His Talmidim, now you be the light of the world. How was your light this past year, did your light provoke anyone to God?
One does not have to try hard to prove the Bible is a living breathing Book. While it was necessary to take the life of a ram in order to write the Torah scroll and it was necessary to take the life of a sea creature to make the ink for the writing of the Torah, yet those who gave their life for our Torah scroll did not die in vain. If we adhere to the commands of God and live by them, then they become life for us and we become the light of the world.
Last night the city lit the Hanukkiah lamp at 5:30pm., amid the darkness of the world and full of hate, the Hanukkiah stood out as a beacon of hope to all who believe in Yeshua's return.
Tomorrow is Shabbat, it is Gods day of rest, be on time or even early to fellowship with others, it is never to early to meet and greet your sprit family, don’t let God wait on you or you might miss the boat.
Shabbat Shalom.
