Police confirmed Friday morning that the Palestinian terrorist who opened fire at central Jerusalem's Mercaz Harav Yeshiva late Thursday night, killing eight students and wounding 11 others, carried a blue Israeli identity card and came from east Jerusalem.

JERUSALEM – Palestinians yesterday tried to burn down Joseph's Tomb – Judaism's third holiest site – according to Palestinian security officials speaking to WND.

It marks the second time the Palestinians attempted to burn down the tomb, located near Nablus, the biblical city of Shechem.

Joseph's Tomb is the believed burial place of the biblical patriarch Joseph, the son of Jacob who was sold by his brothers into slavery and later became viceroy of Egypt.

Palestinian security officials in Nablus said yesterday they were called to the tomb to find 16 burning tires inside the sacred structure.

It is interesting to note that shortly after Prime Minister Olmert’s visit to the United States, he started making promises to the Palestinians to give up more land, more settlements, and release hundreds of prisoners who have Israeli blood on their hands. Olmert makes these promises to the very people who for the past 50 years have been saying that Israel should be wiped off the map.

There never was nor will there ever be peace with the Palestinians; the war began with Ya’akov (Jacob) and Esav (Esau). When Ya’akov obtained Esav’s birth-right- Esav has wanted to kill Ya’akov.

Yasser Arafat who is also known as Rahman al-Qudwa, is the current leader of the Palestinian Authority. Yasser Arafat contrary to popular belief is actually an Egyptian, not a Palestinian. Records in Egypt indicate he was born on August 24, 1929 in Cairo despite his claims of birth in Gaza Strip. Also contrary to popular belief, is that Yasser Arafat is not a Moslem. The uproar over the Palestinian people is an uproar created from ignorance, hidden agendas, and anti-Semitism. The Muslim nations along with the Palestinians make claims that have no basis in truth regarding Palestinian claims to the land of Israel. The Arab and Palestinian intent and motives are laid bare when one considers that Israel’s total land mass is one-tenth of one percent of the total land mass that makes up the land of the Middle East. And somehow they are expected to become two nations with the Palestinians. But yet not a single Arab nation bordering with Israel can give just 1% of their more than 99% share in the total land mass of the Middle East for a Palestinian nation
