The claim on this article below is that is was written by Sebastian Vilar Rodrigez in some Spanish Newspaper. To the time of posting it- I have not been able to verify this source and other blogs are pointing out it is not a real published article. While the article appears to be a fake published work, the sentiment and thoughts conveyed are right in line with the truth about Europe today.
